I did the same thing, and it works!  Thanks very much for that!  Below
is the diff in my config.  One thing I notice is the different
KnownSims.  I switched from one Chinese SIM card to a different Chinese
SIM card and also moved to Hong Kong (i.e. roamed) at the same time.  So
I guess that's a fairly obscure scenario.
