This is kind of weird, because I have the exact same card and the drivers were automatically loaded under feisty (and gutsy, which I am currently running). Which kernel are you running?
I did have to load up the firmware for the card for the nxt2004 part to work properly. See http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/ATI_HDTV_Wonder for details. I do have problems with scanning for channels.
