I found decision of this bug on

Instruction:
sudo apt-get purge mysql* -V
sudo rm -rv /var/lib/mysql
sudo rm -rv /var/log/mysql*
sudo rm -rv /etc/mysql*
and reinstall mysql:
sudo apt-get install mysql-server
