As the debian changelog for 1.8.1+dfsg-1 didn't mention anything about this specific bug, I copied the changelog entry from upstream. The number is indeed the upstream bug number. I have updated the changelog and added a warning in debian/NEWS, like debian did before (but not for 1.8.1-1). I hope that is the correct way to do this. Please note this is the first debdiff I upload, so if this is not correct, please give a hint how to handle this.
