Steps to reproduce:
1º Receive an SMS
2º Turn on flight mode
3º Go to indicator-messages
4º Reply the SMS
Current result: Notification disappears as if the sms was sent but it wasn't
Expected result: Notification should be displayed to let the user know
that SMS can not be sent when flight mode is on
Add info: test case from messaging-app testplan "Test sim-lock and
flight mode"
