I don't understand your response. I am using the standard desktop windowing program that is installed when you do a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04.01 It worked fine at first now I have now launcher or menu bar and when I bring up and application, say for example Chrome it has no menu bar. This is happening on two different computers that were bot recently fresh installed Ubuntu 16.04.01 and updated.
1 Computer uses an Intel Q45/Q43 video card. 2nd computer uses and NIVIDA video card. How do I fix this?
