Download the file from here: http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03819788M/1/OptiPlex_7440_1.7.6.exe 2. run command: sha256sum OptiPlex_7440_1.7.6.exe 3. Verify output of command contains: b239b4c1274992b4dd239e628f8ee2ed98f7860df6d819eb304b69ee595185b4 4. Copy file to FAT32 partition on USB key 5. Reboot, hold F12 to access Boot menu, select Bios Update option, you should be able to pick the file.
