Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. However, the bug report doesn't contain enough
information to act upon.

You seem to be having issues with the installation of dbconfig-common since 17 
August 2016. Could you please copy/paste the output of
dbc_debug=true sudo apt-get install dbconfig-common
(please check the output for sensitive data).

I also wonder what went wrong when you tried to remove it.
