Public bug reported:

Hello,

Making an alias on itself result in the following error during
successive enable.

    systemctl enable ejabberd
Synchronizing state of ejabberd.service with SysV init with
/lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install...
    Executing /lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install enable ejabberd
Failed to execute operation: Too many levels of symbolic links

The “Alias=ejabberd.service” is bogus since it point to itself.

I attach a fixed debian/patches/ejabberd.service.template.patch.

Regards.
