Using ASUS E200HA, same issue happened on kernel 4.4.0-35, 4.4.14-xenial, and 4.7.2, none of them have fixed the issue. For a quick reference, this notebook's CPU is Intel Atom x5-Z8300, and it contains Graphics Intel HD Graphics (Cherryview).
