Ps. Sorry that path with a memory was wrong. I just reminded myself that as I was unable to start any app, I still got a sound notification with a message. The uptime of the phone was however big. So it has rather more to do with an amount of the messages we already received. After some certain count, perhaps by some certain unknown conditions, something goes always wrong.
