I can confirm this bug still exists. In the Shift Switcher plugin, I have been unable to remove keyboard shortcuts. Also, when I try to disable "unredirect fullscreen windows", the box becomes checked again within a few seconds. This occurs whether I actually uncheck the box or click the "revert to defaults" button. In both cases I have been able to achieve the desired functionality by directly modifying the settings in gconf, and the modified setting will show in ccsm, but any changes made are "one way". I have not noticed any unusual highlighting however. This is the same version of ccsm as the original report.
