Hello Thomas, the binary I am originally trying to print the stack of is proprietary, so I cannot make it available to you. But I did try to print the pstack of an apache tomcat 8.0.26, the pstack is attached. The result looks different, but still not very helpful. (essentially the binary is java in this example)
