So It`s not only me with the problem. I am at least happy that I am not alone :)
I think that the status of this bug should be changed to "In Progress" again? if it is in progress... Anyway it is still a not fixed bug for a few people. I think that the only way to be fixed this for all of us, is to set gutsy to set the locale parameter to the fstab automatically as I mentioned before.
