In my testing a used a Java program to test on the various releases. I was surprised to discover that the 14.04 Live CD did not easily support Java.
So I switched my testing to a simpler method Open System settings and move from one setting to another looking for errors. I am currently verifying Trusty Tahr and plan on exhaustively test it. I will then move to Wily.
