Hello and thanks for reporting this issue. I looked at the publishing history for this package (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ghdl/+publishinghistory) and found that it was removed from the Ubuntu archives quite some time ago. The package failed to build from source and depended on a library which was scheduled for removal, see bug 986096 for more details. It looks like it has also been removed from the Debian archive for similar reasons (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=814147).
