To all the users with multi monitor systems still having problems please open a new bug report about this issue.
This bug is fixed and it will not get any attention from developers. Bug reports have a very narrow scope. So one bug can't cover all the configurations and multi monitor systems aren't a common thing. Most users use only one monitor.
