Cheers, so I was going by https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseSchedule and its really difficult to find information about why LTS server systems won't upgrade.
There are a lot of people suggestiong to use the -d flag, but quite frankly I don't feel like taking that risk. So I hope the documentation about the waiting time and its reasons will improve. The way I understand it now if @Bharath is correct with availability after a week we could expect do-dist-upgrade to offer the update on July the 28th?
