This package does not exist in 16.04. Trying to install it yields:
```
Package bzr-fastimport is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
python-fastimport
```
But the python-fastimport package doesn't appear relevant to Bazaar (and
is missing both the fast-import and fast-export commands).
