This image contains /efi/boot/bootx64.efi which was generated using simple command:
grub-mkstandalone -d usr/lib/grub/x86_64-efi/ -v -o bootx64.efi -O x86_64-efi Result is unusable as it does not see UEFI partitions. Anyone can check by booting image on UEFI bootable VM. ** Attachment added: "test image" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/1603083/+attachment/4703990/+files/x86-64.qcow2 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1603083 Title: standalone grub image does not see GPT partitions To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/1603083/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
