Working with updated bluez in silo 68

Settings needs to now look for the characteristic "appearance" rather than
class for devices that support the Generic Access Profile. The BLE device
reports appearance as 0x03c1 or 961 which is HID keyboard per
https://developer.bluetooth.org/gatt/characteristics/Pages/CharacteristicViewer.aspx?u=org.bluetooth.characteristic.gap.appearance.xml
