Public bug reported: Version of newly-added ceres-solver package in xerus (1.11.0~dfsg0-2) is missing some bug fixes and improvements from debian packaging, and one of those makes package unusable because of a missing header file (debian bug #823623). Installation of cmake files in libceres-dev (introduced in iteration 5) also makes the package easier to use.
Yakkety already has newest version (1.11.0~dfsg0-5), so I suggest that the version in xerus should be updated, or at the very least debian bug #823623 should be fixed. ** Affects: ceres-solver (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1604075 Title: ceres-solver (1.11.0~dfsg0-2) in xerus is unusable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ceres-solver/+bug/1604075/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
