Summary of test sequence: 0. Baseline 16.04 LTS works as expected 1. Apply updates 2. Reboot 3. Observe that Unity session renders title bars in dark gray of Ambiance theme even though Radiance is selected. 4. Observe that changing from Radiance to Ambiance and back to Radiance does not resolve the issue. Title bars remain dark gray. Set to Ambiance since that is the one that is consistent. 5. Reboot 6. Change Theme from Ambiance to Radiance 7. Observe that title bars now render as expected in light gray
