I agree 100%. I'm testing Ubuntu touch on a Nexus 4, which is similar in size to my iPhone 6, and with no way to adjust the font size for the device, it is very difficult to read most of the text in different applications.
I would also (as a low vision user) like to see this raised in priority. If not for this issue, I could almost move to Ubuntu Touch as my sole device now. Additionally, I hope this will be made part of the Ubuntu overall SDK so other apps will take advantage of the font size selection for the device as a whole.
