I added building grub-efi into cirros in lp:~hrw/cirros/add-uefi-grub-
support branch and produced images are at
http://people.linaro.org/~marcin.juszkiewicz/test/cirros/0715-broken/ as
set of disk images/kernels/initrds.

aarch64, arm, i386, x86-64 have grub-efi binaries and should boot to
grub in uefi environment.

But no GPT partitions:

grub> ls
(memdisk) (hd0) (hd1) (hd2)
grub> ls (hd0)
Device hd0: No known filesystem detected - Sector size 512B - Total size
110592KiB

Grub from CentOS shows GPT partitions properly:

grub> ls
(hd0) (hd0,gpt15) (hd0,gpt1) (hd1) (hd2)
grub> ls (hd0,gpt1)
(hd0,gpt1): Filesystem is ext2.
grub> ls (hd0,gpt15)
(hd0,gpt15): Filesystem is fat.
