We really need a reproducible test case. I suspect this isn't Python
that's crashing but it's caused by a bug in some third party extension
module. E.g. we see this argv:
/usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/pip3 install -r app/requirements/python3.txt
but there's no way to know what's in that file (i.e.
app/requirements/python3.txt). If you are a human that can reproduce
this, please provide the full recipe for reproduction.
