Hi Pavel, Thank you for reporting this bug. It seems like you installed zabbix from source, but based upon https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.0/manual/installation/requirements PHP7 isn't actually supported (cf. Bug 1571534). I'm still working through that bug now.
Additionally, backporting the fix you found (https://github.com/php/php- src/commit/2e6d70787c93413daecbea529bf0f74fa901d1db is the actual commit) is non-trivial.
