Public bug reported: When in the "Edit Account" dialog, there is a "Help" button in the lower left. When this button is clicked, the mouse pointer changes from a pointer icon to the active processing icon for about 15 seconds. It then changes back to a pointer icon without any other action. No help dialog is created. The expected behavior is that pressing this Help button should generate a Help dialog box navigated to the relevant section of the documentation.
