I tested this on Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 LTS. I enabled proposed and
installed base-files and openssh-server.

The first link changes from
* Documentation:  https://help.ubuntu.com/ to
* Documentation:  https://help.ubuntu.com (without the trailing slash)

and the two new links show up.
The strings weren't translated when I tried French, but the old message wasn't 
either.
The message looks fine.
