Public bug reported:
Suspend and/or hibernate stopped working after upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04.
Machine is a Dell Latitude 3540 from early 2014.
Up until the upgrade in April suspend/hibernate/resume all worked fine,
I would only reboot when an update required it or when going away for a
week or so.
This bug report was requested by Christopher M. Penalver in the course
of analysing bug 1576909.
If I can add more information, please say so.
