There is a tool svg2latex: https://github.com/johnbartholomew/svg2latex/blob/master/ReadMe.md that I don't have any experience with, but may work.
I wrote a tool with the same name, svg2latex, and maintained it for a few years: https://sites.google.com/site/richardhenwood/project/svg2latex2 However, I haven't touched it for ~5 years, and I think it's currently broken (it has a very brittle design).
