kubuntu 16.04 is about 2 months out, and there is still no installable
version? dpkg status of plasma-desktop is rc and there is no way to
change it because it conflicts with language and other files. That
problem actually appeared already in one of the previous releases, but
misteriously disappeared again. But now already the installer is broken
and the packaging system's force and ignore options, which did exist in
the past, are gone as well...
