Public bug reported:

I am creating a program that needs to load svg's into an image widget in python
and seem to have run into this bug....
It loads most svg's just fine... but when I modify it and try to reload it, it
doesn't seem to render the layers of object properly and only shows the base
object covering all others... and weird enough, it will even show a blank if it
was the first loaded...
My program is here... http://lauchpad.net/memaker
and I will attach a file of the svg that you can try to load.
A quick way to test it is to try to load it in Glade. :D
