Since my original post, I have been poking at the issue. I noticed that in Ubuntu 16.04 that IPv6 was enabled, on my computer. On my Ubuntu 14.04, IPv6 was set to "ignored". So I also set IPv6 to "ignored" on the Ubuntu 16.04. As of yet, I have [B][U]not[/U][/B] noticed any improvement. Time will tell.
Otherwise, I have noticed that under "My Windows Network", that the Ubuntu 16.04 computer does not show-up.
