The problem is with confusing launchpad behavior. The bug we are
commenting about is
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/emerald/+bug/146360 .

launchpad gives us a link in the email to maybe relevant but private
bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/139877 , which got us all
confused.

The problem is between chair and keyboard. (and bit due to the
confusing interface of launchpad)
