I had the same problem (Intel + Geforce 6600) and the second update on 2.6.22.13 fixed it.
For the record, I was able to log in using the command line, but when I tried "startx", I got an error saying that my xorg.conf could not be loaded because the devices could not be found. I have two screens. -- Lost screen Geforce8600GT after update today. Switch back to kernel 2.6.22.12.
