Running GParted from x64 Live boot gives Libparted Warning dialog "The
driver descriptor says the physical block size is 2048 bytes, but Linux
says it is 512 bytes."

Note that this partition previously had x86 14.04 LTS desktop installed
and I had attempted to upgrade to 16.04 from the GUI after running "sudo
update-manager -d". The upgrade failed and left the partition
unbootable. I noticed the Libparted warning dialog when trying to look
at the state of the partition (still had two partitions for Ubuntu and
swap), but decided to use Windows Vista's Disk Manager to delete them.
Still same message from GParted but no errors apparent from Windows.
