Misc niggles that make the Ubuntu theme for the dashboard look a bit 
inconsistent with previous versions.

sudo apt-get install openstack-dashboard
<configure /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py to point at an OpenStack 
Cloud>
Go to login screen (two logos displayed)

Specifically:

The login screen displays both the default OpenStack Logo and the Ubuntu
branded one.

Some spacing is not consistent.
