#56 & #60: Thanks Mikko & kimr - Disabling the xenial-backports is working for me to. In a 16.04 live-system backports are disabled. By a fresh install of 16.04 backports are ENabled? https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports This is not an "user issue" because a lot of users never changed the backports ON/OFF. It's a showstopper for 16.04 LTS.
