Public bug reported: Hi there, I've been using gscan2pdf for over a year now. Ever since the new version sometime in December or so (couldn't remember exactly) it won't scan past the first page. It will scan the first page and then it will spit the rest of the pages.
I first thought it was a hardware issue, then I used Simple Scan, Adobe Acrobat Pro on Mac OS X, and the scanner's own built-in "Scan to USB" and they are all okay and can scan multiple pages. Then I thought maybe it was a libsane issue, but if it is, then why does Simple Scan 3.20 work? Scanner model: Brother MFC-J650DW. OS: Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 16.04 (confirmed both) gscan2pdf version: 1.39 and 1.40 (I even tried the manual download) I tried adjusting the blank threshold to 0.0 from 0.003 and it doesn't make any difference. It's a great program, not sure what happens with the new version. It was working fine all these time. ** Affects: gscan2pdf (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1581834 Title: In the new version, gscan2pdf can only scan one page from ADF To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gscan2pdf/+bug/1581834/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
