Hmm, I still have not hit the bug with the test kernel that has 1c8349a17 reverted. It's a good thing we have multiple testers, thanks so much, faulpeltz.
For this bug, it's probably best to just finish up with the bisect to identify the exact commit without any guessing. @faulpeltz, were you able to test and get results for 5e6cf71 and 83215219?
