I can confirm. In Ubuntu 16.04, I can connect to our VPN only through
the command-line client openconnect.

I' ve installed network-manager-openconnect-gnome and network-manager-
openconnect, restarted but there is no OpenConnect option in
NetworkManager applet -> VPN Connections -> Configure VPN -> Add. The
only "VPN" option there is PPTP. Really sad, this used to work okay in
earlier Ubuntu releases.
