Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 16.04, my mouse stops after logging in. It is still
seen by the system when I run 'lsusb' and works fine at the welcome
screen, but after Unity starts to load the mouse stops being able to be
moved. I have touch screen as well (System76 sablet3), which still
works. After I use the touch screen, the mouse cursor disappears.
Issue persists after multiple updates and reboots.
