Looking at the terminal output: Failed to stop mt-st.service: Transaction order is cyclic. See system logs for details. See system logs and 'systemctl status mt-st.service' for details.
This is indeed an issue with mt-st-1.1-6, since it contains an sysvinit init script activated in rcS level (which is problematic under systemd). This will be solved once 1.3-1 reaches Ubuntu from Debian, but unfortunately I didn't realise this when preparing the changelog for that version, so it will need to be closed manually. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1571736 Title: package mt-st 1.1-6ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed pre-removal script returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mt-st/+bug/1571736/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
