Hmm... I was getting the same crash as the original reporter. As a test, I have recompiled both wxgtk and amule with pbuilder and I still get the same error, so I won't bother you posting a traceback that shows the same as above.
I thing the suspect is the recompilation of glibc with gcc 4.2 as mentioned here: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/gutsy- changes/2007-September/009098.html I used amule last Sunday Sept 30 and the update went through sometime on Monday. I tried to use aMule today Thursday and has a hard crash and burn. The gutsy-changes list doesn't have another obvious suspect. -- wxFatalSignalHandler in /usr/lib/libwx_baseu-2.8.so.0[0xb75b75d6] https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/144654 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
