I was running a lot of tests around ntp recently and I wasn't able to reproduce 
this.

I'd be interested if that issue occurred once or if it does on every
reboot for you?

Also I'd like to know if you made any special configuration to ntp (I
don't expect because in the log I can see it still was invoked against
the default server), but I wanted to be sure.

Marking incomplete to reflect missing information before being able to
work on it.
