Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce:
1. Start gnome-terminal. 2. Press F11: gnome-terminal window is now fullscreen. 3. Press F11 again: gnome-terminal window should restore to its original size, but it is maximized instead -- just the menu bar appears. Similar thing happens after maximize / unmaximize: the window is not restored to its original size: window borders appear, but the window is stretched over the whole screen.
