We will not do screenshots for this page. I am running Ubuntu 16.04 and not Ubuntu-Studio. The web page seems accurate to me. I did everything it said to do and it worked fine. The only discrepancy I noticed was for Step 3 "SMART Status" seems to actually be called "Assessment".
