Ok. I understand the need for the {0,4} now!

Unfortunately in the 6510 ppd definition in the drv file the .Duplex
defintion is 102 lines further down the file.

I will test with a value to compensate for that. But I still think that
this is just sticking a bandage on a bandage.

I found a note somewhere on the apple site about setting PageSize and
MediaSize constriants which looked interesting (you need to set both). I
wonder if we could set up constraints such that selecting a *Duplex
option needed a .Duplex paper size. At quick glance though this looks
difficult if not impossible.
