As a long time Ubuntu user, I don't mind the name GNOME Software. The application name already appears as only "Software" (like the rest of GNOME applications, Nautilus is "Files", gnome-disk-utility is "Disks" and so on) I don't see a reason to rename it to Ubuntu Software. A lot of online news already talked about switching to GNOME Software.
